Company Policy


Trip Charge Fee
Our trip charge rate depends on your location. Please note that we only service New Jersey. 

A list of the counties we serve can be found under the repair service info tab.

 For trip charge rates, please contact our office or email us directly.



The trip charge is a one-time, separate fee and does not apply toward the cost of the repair. If you decide to proceed with the repair and parts need to be ordered, you will NOT be charged another trip fee when we return. 

A non-refundable deposit will be taken, and the remaining balance is due when the parts are installed.


Warranty Information

Trip Charge
We offer a 30-day warranty on the trip charge. If you experience additional issues with your unit within 30 days of the initial visit, please contact us, and we will waive any second trip charge.

Parts
We offer a 1-year (365 days) warranty on all parts purchased and installed by our company. The warranty starts from the installation date. If the same part fails within the 1-year period, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Labor
We provide a 3-month (90 days) warranty on all labor performed. If additional parts are needed during this period, no additional labor charges will apply. The warranty starts from the part installation date.

Please note: If you choose to purchase your own parts, we will not provide a labor warranty for those parts. Additionally, if the part fails, you will be responsible for any additional charges.

Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable.
