Trip Charge Fee

Rate depends on location. 

Please be advised we service New Jersey only.

Repair service info tab.


Please contact office or email us for trip charge rate. 



Trip Charge is a one time, separate fee. 

Does not go toward repair. 

If customer decides to go ahead with repair and parts need to be ordered,

 customer will NOT be charged trip charge again when they return.

Technician will take deposit and you will pay remaining balance 

when parts are installed. 




Warranty Information 


Trip Charge

We offer 30 days warranty on trip charge

If customer has additional problems with unit, 

please contact us 30 days from the initial visit and 

we will not charge a second trip charge fee.



Parts

We offer 1 year (365 days) parts warranty, on any parts

 purchased and installed by our company. 

Warranty starts from install date.


During this 1 year period if we determine 

same part installed is at fault

 we will replace part with no additional charge.



Labor

We offer 3 months (90 days) labor warranty on all work serviced.

If customer needs additional parts during 90 day period

 we will not charge additional labor. 

Warranty starts from part install date.



Please be advised customer can purchase their own part.

We will not warranty labor on parts not purchased from our company. 

Customer is responsible for additional charges if part does not work.





Deposits

Are non-refundable.

If customer decides to go ahead with repair and leave deposit with our company.

Customer cannot cancel part order after deposit has been collected. 

Customer can cancel repair

but the deposit will not be refunded.
